My entire experience with M & D was excellent from the first phone call to the finished product. Debbie returned my call on the same day and worked with my schedule to set up a time for an estimate. Mark was professional and helpful during the consultation and made sure all the work was detailed in the estimate. They made sure all of my questions were answered before the work was performed and followed up afterward with additional information that will help me care for my new plants. I would use M & D again for future projects and will be recommending them to friends and family as well.

My first time using M &D services! It’s hard finding reliable landscaping services now due to CoVId—19. I called and Debbie answered on the first ring, grabbed all my information down and next thing you know next day her husband came out to give me a quote. Two days later, M& D came out to my home to remove all of my shrubs! Best experience and service ever! Everyone was professional and took care of me quickly! Will be using their services again!

We recently had M&D install some new landscaping out front and a large paver patio out back. We couldn't be happier with the results. The owners, Mark and Debbie took the time to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. They were also available at anytime to answer any questions. The crew that was on the job each day, led by George, was great. They showed up at the same time each morning and worked to have all the work done in just a few days. M & D Landscaping installed a EP Henry paver patio, fire pit and two walkways for us. The project turned out better than we imagined. From the first meeting throughout the entire job Mark and Debbie were great to deal with. The project foreman George was spectacular. Mark and Debbie would be onsite from time to time fielding any questions in addition to following up with phone calls to discuss different aspects of the job throughout the week.

M&D Landscaping has done a few annual clean-up projects -- edging, trimming, etc. -- and we've been satisfied each time. We recently hired them to install a simple paver patio in our back yard, including removing our cement slab patio. They were easy to work with and were always available to answer questions as we looked at various paver options, and their estimate for the work was in line with several other landscapers I approached. M&D's staff arrived early each day and worked hard to ensure the patio was completed on schedule. The staff seemed to take pride in their work, and paid attention to detail. The owners would stop by several times a day to check in, which I liked. Any time I had any questions or concerns throughout the process, M&D's owners immediately addressed them. When the work was complete, the staff cleaned up the yard and offered to move all of our patio furniture back onto the patio. It's been about a month since our patio was installed, and I'm really happy with it.
Recently, we hired M&D Landscaping to perform work at our home. Upon arrival, Mark reviewed the work with his team leader to ensure he understood every aspect of the job. Mark’s team of George, Roberto, and Sammy got to work. This trio was not a group of individuals, but a team in every sense of the word. They supported one another in getting the job accomplished in the most effective manner. They were courteous to us the homeowners, and took every step to ensure our satisfaction.
George, Roberto, and Sammy performed in a most professional manner. They kept their work isolated to our property without disturbing that of our neighbors. When they completed the work, not a shred of anything superfluous to the project was left behind. The before-look of our yard was one is disarray; the after-look was one in a state of beauty.
We will call M&D Landscaping first when we plan to have more work performed. Landscapers don’t come more qualified than Mark Frederico; his wife, Debbie, handles telephone calls and billing in a prompt and professional manner. We will be recommending M&D to my neighbors.
I just want to say that Mark & Deb are a total pleasure to work with they take total interest in the job. I was surprised at how hands on their were, checking on the job several times a day, even through a personal crisis Deb was right there overseeing the job to completion. They are a great team, and their team is also great!
I seldom take the time to right reviews, but I had to share my experiences with M & D Landscaping. My lawn has never looked better since they took over my lawn maintenance. I recently took a chance and ask if they could spruce up my yard 2 DAYS before my son's first birthday party. They came over the same day I called, walked through my yard to go over what I wanted and scheduled my work to be done the morning of my party. Not only was the work completed before my guests arrived, it looked perfect! And the best part...they hosed everything down and left my yard spotless! There was nothing left for me to do outside after they left except enjoy my son's special day!
We have been with M&D Landscaping for over 6 years now. The entire team of workers are polite, respectful, and very efficient workers. We have used there lawn cutting services, landscaping expertise, and even irrigation work. They have gone out of their way to accommodate requests at a short notice. Debbie, Mark and all their workers are great. We get a call every year to go over services for the new season, they never assume anything is the same. They will also work with whatever your budget needs are and customize your lawn care to your budget. I don't know what my lawn might look like without them! Wonderful work! I recently had m&d come out to grade, add soil, and install sod in my front yard. The difference between the before and after is night and day. Sod looks great! The house has one of the greenest lawns on the block. Would highly recommend this company and their prices were very competitive with the other estimates I got.

I was looking for someone to fix our landscaping after having an inground pool installed. A large area of my lawn (front and back) was basically destroyed by all of the heavy equipment moving in and out and digging for the pool in hard clay soil. My sister recommended M&D. From start to finish, I was glad I had called them. They returned my calls promptly and showed up when promised. Although this seems like a minor thing, it is important to me as it seems harder and harder to find professionals that return calls and follow through. The job was completed in the timeframe they had estimated and they left the jobsite pristine. Very professional!!! I am so happy to have my yard back better than ever.
I'm a first time customer of M and D Lawn and Landscaping Services. They did my Fall cleanup. Everything went smoothly. The only hiccup was with a bee's nest. Now that the bees are gone, they will be back on Fri. to finish up the shaping of the tree. Did a nice job. I will use them again in the Spring for the installation of mulch.

This is my first year with M&D Landscaping and I am very happy to report that I will continue using them in the future! I have had my lawn maintained by one other in the past and this year I decided to go with Mark and Debbie and very glad that I did. They do a wonderful job maintaining my lawn; they are here weekly and ensure that my lawn is seeded, cut and their clean-up is great. More importantly, I also hired them to fix a dip in my paver patio (this has been worked on in the past). When they worked on my patio, they determined what was causing the issue. M and D did an amazing job in our front yard. We had the same look since we bought the house in 1997 which was just boring green bushes of different types. There was no color and some were on their last “branch.” Mark and Debbie came over to discuss with us what we were looking for and then submitted a proposal with the types of plants/flowers they were going to use so that we could research them prior to installation; we then met up again to discuss final plans. The installation crew (they were great!) did the entire job in one day; they even did a few extra touches that were awesome. Neighbors came over and said how different it looks and what a great job. I cannot speak but highly of this company. I had them out to do my yearly spring clean up and add a garden wall. Mark listened to my gardening flaws and took care of business. Had to call them back to take care of my front patio that matches the garden wall awesomely. They also cleaned a huge mess area beside my garage and shed. They really monitored the work and I can't be happier with the results. Truly a dedicated company who will now be my go to for landscaping!
